Getting started
You must be 17 or older to ride, and you need €3 in your wallet to start — verifying your phone and ID credits €3, so your first ride is covered.

You must end inside a parking zone shown on the map, and snap a photo of the parked scooter to finish.
You cannot end a ride inside a no-ride zone.
Ride smart, ride safe
Helmets are strongly recommended, and required by Greek law for riders under 18.
Top speed is capped at 25 km/h. Inside slow zones — shown in amber on the map, near the beach and the village centre — the scooter is limited to a lower speed automatically.

Won’t unlock?
Check your connection and that you scanned the right QR, then tap Report issue in the app. We’ll release any hold and flag the scooter for our team.
Found damage?
Open the scooter in the app and tap Report. Pick what’s wrong and we’ll take it from there.
Wallet, history, privacy
Top up in the app. You need €3 to start a ride. A card can be saved during top-up but is not required.
Your ride history lives in the app. You can delete your account at any time.
